Engagement and Outreach Coordinator

About Leadership Tennessee:

Leadership Tennessee is the premiere, statewide leadership program that fosters collaborative, non-partisan dialogue on issues of state importance, by connecting and deploying a network of diverse leaders and engaged citizens.

Citizens with demonstrated community and professional leadership from every region of the state bring their diverse backgrounds and experiences to an in-depth exploration of the complex issues facing Tennessee, with a focus on how leaders can collaborate to effectively address those issues. Leadership Tennessee was founded in 2013 as an initiative of the College of Leadership and Public Service at Lipscomb University.

Leadership Tennessee has two main immersive programs: Signature Program and Leadership Tennessee NEXT. Through these programs, Tennessee leaders have the opportunity to travel the state and learn from different communities. In addition to those two programs, Leadership Tennessee convenes alumni and current members to connect with their communities to create lasting impact across the state.
